Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling your appointment for any reason within less than 24 hours, will be charged a fee of $50 before booking it again (new procedure or touch up). If notified correctly, your deposit will be valid to reschedule up to 6 months.
DOWNPAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Late/No show Policy:
To avoid unfair delays to all of clients, I give a 15 minute only grace period. Anything longer than that will result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Fees will apply.
Consultation:
If you have ever done a semi-permanent or permanent makeup procedure you MUST book a consultation first. Booking a semi-permanent procedure before coming to the consultation can result in full loss of the deposit IF we are unable to work with your past work.
Payment:
To schedule an appointment, I charge a $50 deposit that goes towards the amount to secure your appointment spot. I take Venmo, Zelle, all major credit/debit cards, cash or I can send you a secure invoice through square pay to your email, it makes it super simple.
