How do I book an appointment?

Please visit our booking page. If you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out on instagram, facebook, email, or text!

Do I need a consultation?

Consultations are only required for those who have done previous semi-permanent or permanent make-up on their brows. It’s also recommended if you’re in doubt between Microblading or Combo Brows, or if you’re just nervous about getting the procedure and want a preview of your new design.

Please do not book an appointment without telling us about any old procedures that you still have on your skin. The $30 paid for the consultation will be applied to the procedure if you decide to book.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Make sure to read all of the BEFORE and AFTER care HERE prior to your procedure. It Is extremely important to follow all of our suggestions to achieve great pigment retention and healing process.

How long does the procedure take?

The semi-permanent makeup procedure can range from 2 to 2.5 hours. You and your artist will decide on the best technique, shape, and pigment to achieve the most natural and flattering look. A touch-up is scheduled the day of your appointment 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure. The touch-up appointment will only take about 1 to 1.5 hours. We will not achieve the best results with just one appointment!

What can I expect immediately after may appointment?

In the hours following your procedure, your brows will appear much darker and bolder, than it will heal due to oxidation in the surface layer of your skin. Your brows could also appear warmmer in collor. You may experience some redness or swelling around the treated area, this typically disappears within 48 hours.

Around day 3 you may notice some flaking or light scabbing on the treated area, do not pick at it, doing so can result in loss of pigment in those areas. Brows may appear sppoty or patchy untill the entire brows has finished healing. You may notice that some areas may appear very very light or even to have loist pigment entirely after they have peeling, the epidermis will be thicker causing muting, hiding or diffusing of pigment underneath. The epidermis will normalize over the next 4-6 weeks and softened pigment should appear more clearly on surface of the skin.

At 4-6 weeks your brows will be fully healed, whatever pigment that does not return will be adressed at your at your touch up appointment or if you’d prefer darker, bolder brows we can always add more color or dimension during that appointment!

Do I need a touch-up/follow-up appointment?

Yes. All permanent cosmectic procedures require 2 sessions. Duiring your 4-6 weeks follow-up we can assess your pigment retention and make any adjustments needed.

How long does microblading last?

Microblading can last between 9-18 months depending on how well you take care of your brows and skin retention. We recommend a yearly touch-up to keep the brows at its best!

What factors will affect my permanent cosmectics?

OIL SKIN: increased oil production can cause hairstrokes to blur and heal lighter and powdery.

SMOKING: Smokers may notice that their semi-permanent cosmectics will fader faster.

SUN EXPOSURE: Increases exposure to the sun will cause premature fading. You want to use a special sunscreen for your semi-permanent cosmetics; I recommend color guard. You can find it on Amazon. Age and metabolism. The faster your metabolism the faster the pigment will fade.

BLEEDING DURING THE PROCEDURE: Excessive bleeding during your procedure will greatly affect how your body retains pigment. While this is not entirely in our control, it is important that you follow before care instruction to help minimize bleeding. This includes avoiding blood thinning medications, alcohol, and caffeine 24 hours before your procedure.

Do permanent cosmetics hurt?

Tropical numb is used to make your comfortable during your semi-permanent cosmetiic procedure. However pain tolerance varies from client to client. Having the procedure during your menstrual cycle may increase your sensitivity.

You cannot receive semi-permanent cosmetic if you are:

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding;
  • Are currently using accutane or have used accutane within the past year;
  • Have a freshly tanned/sunburned face;
  • Are on blood thinning medications or antibiotics;
  • Have rosacea;
  • Are currently undergoing cancer treatment must be off chemo or radiation for 6 months;

I have had my brows tatooed before can you fix them/touch them up?

If you’re coming from another artist and you have previous procedures that are still on your brows, it’s required to schedule a consultation first. In the consultation we take a good look on what can be done with your brows, you can find more info about it here

Can I do a allergy test?

Yes! You may come 2 weeks before your appointment and we will do a very small fine line on your thigh with the pigment we will use the day of the appointment. Please be aware that the eyebrows are a very sensitive area therefore minimal swelling, slight discomfort, and redness might happen a couple of hours after the procedure.  Test cost is $30.

DO NOT book an appointment if you're:

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding;
  • Are currently using accutane or have used accutane within the past year;
  • Have a freshly tanned/sunburned face;
  • Are on blood thinning medications or antibiotics;

    I’m extremely happy with Leticia’s work but what I’m really impressed by is her professionalism, kindness and her attitude towards her job. She is one of the kindest people I have encountered in USA.

    Leticia is the best of the best! She has dedicated her life to mastering the art of eyebrows. She is meticulous and is an expert of all the little details. I’m a blond so I was nervous about them being too dark or “too much” for my face. She got it exactly right. I HIGHLY recommend Leticia if you are thinking about getting your eyebrows done….I wish I would have done mine years ago!
